Horton & Mendez Injury Attorneys wants everyone to be safe after the final whistle on Super Bowl night. If you’re out partying during the big game, don’t drive drunk. Make the responsible call to get an Uber, Lyft or taxi ride home, and we can reimburse you.

Program Requirements

Rides must be within Wilmington, NC.
Rides must be taken between 5:00 PM on the day of the Super Bowl until 6:00 AM the following morning.
You must be of legal drinking age (21 and over) to qualify.
Valid for one, one-way ride from a bar or restaurant to a safe destination.
Limit one reimbursement per household.
A maximum value of $30.00, including tip, anywhere in Wilmington, NC.
Participation in this promotion is limited to the first 100 submissions.

Submit your receipt and/or Uber/Lyft screenshot of receipt, a photo ID, and your address using this form.
